I went on a family cruise on Nov 19 2017. We decided to do some shopping at the port Falmouth Jamaica. The cruise ship recomended Diamonds Forever as well as others in the plaza. We shopped at 3 different stores and finally at Diamonds forever. I purchased 2 bracelets for my wife and daughter. When we held them in the store they looked and felt great. The shop insisted on adjusting them and delivering them to the ship for us. I did not think anything of it and I paid for the items and got back on the ship.

When it was time for dinner I went down to the shore shopping desk to pick up my items they were ready but one was broken and they both looked and felt much cheaper and less quality than what I held in store and paid for. I imediatly filed a claim. I have been told there is nothing they can do. I have no choice but to dispute this on my card but thats in itself is a long shot. Do not purchase from Diamonds forever they are rip off artists. If you want Jewlery go to Bijoux they are very reputable and have a much better reputation. Thank you for reading my story. Dan D.
