Diamonz Kleaning or Diamonz Cleaning operates as an online cleaning service for many locations in the US.

I purchased one of their specials on Groupon.  Then, scheduled a cleaning service appointment on the Diamonz Kleaning website. They sent multiple email and text reminders that the appointment was confirmed. The text messages come from 704.315.5028. The phone number is based in North Carolina. The calls to this number get dropped and messages are bounced back.  

When the cleaning team was an hour late, I called the company (based in Arlington, Texas). They said, "oh, you didn't get a call that your cleaning team was in a car accident last week?" and I said no, only confirmations to confirm the appointment. 

When booking the service, the company charges a cleaning fee that must be paid through paypal in advance of the appointment.  I wasn't planning on using their cleaning supplies, but that was not an option.  The person on the phone was quite rude and I asked that the email notification about their cancellation be forwarded to me. Then, I received an email from, Ashley Woods, with an apology and offering to set up a free service at a later date. I followed up, but she does not respond to emails, the voicemail box is full. I filed a complaint with paypal, but Diamonz Kleaning has not responded to paypal requests to solve the dispute. 

This company is a scam!!!
