DO YOUR HOMEWORK before engaging this individual: all public record, absolutely nothing fabricated - beginning with 1980 Corp Suspension of Schooler Company in San Diego Courts Online County Recorder Search - and ending with 6 filings for Bankruptcy for Diane Schooler and/or Schooler Company, forced entry eviction in Tustin, CA, eviction in Orange Cty, eviction Vista, in San Diego Cty, $100k's in Judgments, liens - look up public records in West Greenwich, RI - tax liens and other judgments - >$300K ??? See "Judgmenttrackers.com" for liens filed on my behalf for monies unpaid to me after unlawful detainer judgment in Hemet, CA...search Orange Cty,San Diego Cty, San Bernadino Cty, San Mateo Cty...See Diane Dagnall; Diane Dagnall Schooler, Possible alias; Diane Dagnall Worden - The extent of monies that have been rewarded and unpaid by this person is not believable considering the higher standards one would expect of an individual claiming status as "Expert Witness", etc
- "Diane D Schooler, President and Chief Appraiser is a thief and a liar", and she cost my wife and I over $10,000 - It is our impression that she left California for a bit and has since resurfaced in North San Diego Cty; has been "flying under the radar" to avoid the judgment we and others cannot collect from her. This woman assigned blame to her former husband - they were married at the time she cheated us - for inability to meet financial obligations, inability to own/use a local bank for checking accts, etc.

"Ms Schooler" is not a victim, she is a deadbeat....as is evident to all who will research a background check....Be sure to look up the approx 22 judgments/abstract judgments...Fed, State Liens....three Evictions....One "forcible entry eviction (Tustin)... SIX Bankruptcy filings (five Ch13 one Ch7)..... Montbury HomeOwners Association... "JudgmentTrackers.com".....and all of the others...
You can determine for yourself whether or not it would be advantageous to engage with this individual or not....
And, I am sure that the newest current victim of "deadbeat diane" did not check her out properly, just as i did not....believe me.....it takes a very long time to raise over $9000 on a missionary's salary...she didn't pay us, she won't pay you....

Apalling and reckless, this entire block of hysterical raving and ranting is replete with errors, lies, half-truths patched together with groundless fabrications to sound credible. It's clear when you read through this post that the author is wildly angry and is trying to ruin another person's life and livelihood.
The reason for this personal attack, which the author never acknowledges, is that the author is personally and legally harassing Ms. Schooler in attempts to extort money from her and to drive her out of the home she has rented for over a year.
The author, who cowardly hides her own identity and thereby her accountability, clearly is not performing a "consumer community service" at all, but rather is perverting the intent of this forum to exact her personal vengeance against another person.
