Digiarty (WinX Deluxe Video Converter) Sold me a product that does not work. Sichuan

Digiarty is not a legitimate buisness. They are thieves. I was stupid enough to purchase their product WinX Deluxe Video Converter without checking this website first. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. After downloading and purchasing the program, it failed to perform the exact task it is designed to do. In emails with their support team, they refused to give me my money back. They will not honor their money back guarantee. They posted this to a reply email:

3. You request a refund for a feature we do not have/support. Digiarty products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software. We highly recommend you to verify the program's functions and make sure it works well on your computer before your purchase.

My reasonsing was that it does not work but i also elaborated on what the poblem was with it. It is not my job to spend my time troubleshooting their program. That is their job before they sell the product to consumers. I could understand if it was not the basic and primary function of the program. But it was converting a dvd to MP4 (what they advertise it for). it would only recognize 4 seconds of an hour and thirty two minute video. I downloaded a competitors product and it worked as it said it would.
