DIGITAL OUTLET MEGASTORE Vacation time Kissimmee Florida

I was in Florida with my famyly just taking vacation time. we were looking to buy a camcorder. We saw the stre named Digital Outlet Megastore. We saw the brand names of camcorders. We entered and went to the camcorders . The employee and asked him for a camcorder. He showed some ones. we dont like them. He said that Sony was a special offer for a new camcorder. he told us that Cybertec was Sony brand and that the equipment has a factory warranty.

We know Sony apliances an cameras and we know that iti is a good quality. we bought it. We asked about the price that was high but the employee told thatit was because it was Sony quality. He told that there were warranty offices in PR.Few days after the purcase we went back to home. We found the camera or camcorder stop functioning. It doesnt work. We went to a Sony store but thy told that this camcorder was not a sony brand or quality.

We called the store and asked for the manager but an employee named Edward or Suart answered and told that the manager was in Europe. I told him what was happening but became angry, speaking in a high tone. he dont wanted to take note of the situation
