Digitalmojo in San Diego Could be a good place to work....if the management cared like they used too The company (upper management and owner) shows absolutely no loyalty to its employees. It's all about the almighty DOLLAR.

- People promoted then demoted within months because they never received training to do the job they were hired for or moved in to.

- Positions constantly being outsourced outside of the US instead of creating jobs for americans, when they set up a new call center somewhere in India or wherever they either fire or demote more employees.  They dont care if you are doing a good job,  have a great work ethic, its all about the money.

- Senior management's complete and utter lack of interest in the welfare of its employees - demonstrated by not addressing the fact that there is a constant stream of employees doing drugs in their cars over their lunch - breaks. Complaints about this go unheeded.  Several vendors have policies right on their sites about drug and alcohol use with their employees (an ex employee who now works for one of the vendors we sell says you cant outsource your business and also requires routine drug and alcohol tests) NOT HERE they break every rule.

- No HR department onsite to direct complaints to, no one to talk to about being cheated out of vacation pay, overtime, and bonuses.

- Senior management doesn't seem to know even the basics of what we sell which causes a lot of confusion in the workplace.  If you are a manager you should know more than me. You are paid more and are my boss so you should at least know what we are selling.

- Long term employees could benefit from ongoing and refresher training courses.  Heres the story get hired, train yourself, make the boss loads of money, get a raise, get demoted, get fired.  Sound like where you want to work?

Advice to Senior Management We are not a bunch of brainless monkeys

- ask for our input. Think about who you are promoting and why. Make sure they are capable of doing the job expected of them then TRAIN them for that job.

Hire a senior management team who knows the ins and outs of running a company instead of a bunch of sales people to run the organization, I used to work with those people before you let the company go to pieces.
