digitaloutlets.net Cancelled order, never received product, vendor refuses to issue refund Brooklyn New York Internet

We ordered a camera lens. We cancelled the order after we received an email saying it will take longer than a month for them to ship it to us. We have called several times, emailed several times. Our debit card company said they never received the cancellation. DigitalOutlets.net refuses to send a confirmation email of the cancellation. When we call, we are told, 'we already send a confirmation', 'customer service is closed today, send them an email'. Very rude on the phone, like he had better thing to do with his time than talk with customers.  This company is a SCAM! They took our money, they will not issue a refund and we have not received anything in return. WARNING: Do not order from them!
