Direct Advantage a broker of services for ITI and Vizio won't pay their invoices. In addition ITI sends out non functioning circuit boards for repairs and when the repair is not successful they say it's the tech's fault. Vizio is a junk TV made to be disposable and extremely difficult to dis-assemble and repair. The only reason companies like this exist is to find reasons not to honor warranties and extended warranties.
