Direct Capital Stole my money after promising a loan then said they never promised a thing...LIARS! Portsmouth New Hampshire

I have been contacted by Direct Capital numerous times over the last two years. I need a business loan....they PROMISED ME they could do the loan...in fact told me there were three ways they could do the loan with my credit...BUT I had to pay a processing fee up front....first clue they are crooks....stupid me went to my bank and they said some companies are requiring these fees now as a guarentee they won't lose money for their work if I backed out....so I took the chance and paid the fee. I was told I would have my funds within a week.
Then I had to look at and go over my credit profile....ok that done someone else called me and asked how much I wanted...told them $30,000 would work. I was then told they could only do $15,000 I said that would be better than nothing. I was told someone else would call me later that day. I was pleased....waiting, waiting, days go by and NOTHING. I begin calling and leaving messages...nothing, then I leave messages for a supervisor. Today I get a call...the man tells me I am NOT getting a loan....first I need to PAY another $1100 - $1400 for their attorney to have a bankruptcy wiped off my credit and to have credit inquiries removed. After that is done they would be glad to make the loan.

We are struggling financially now, I couldn't afford the $329 they conned me out of on Feb 26th and only paid it because they told me I would have the loan in a week.
Of course the jerk who called today called me a liar when I said I was promised a loan...what about the guy who told me I would only qualify for $15000?

STUPID,STUPID, STUPID ME ....I AM NOT DONE I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS!
I work too darn hard for my money and deserve so much more.
