Recieved a letter in the mail telling me I won $70,000, but due to laws I was not allowed to pay processing fees out of my own pocket,but the same law said I had to pay for clearing and filing for said winnings for verifiction that winnings were paid. A check was enclosed with this letter sent through the US postal service that I had recieved, and I was told to deposite it and when funds clear to contact them at the phone numbers on the letter to get instructions on how to pay those fees.

Above are the phone numbers they used, one thing in common is they are all cell phone numbers and the service company is FIDO, CA.

How ever, I did filed a complaint to http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/ that is the US government investigation site.

I also contacted their phone service company and informed the company about the con-artist using their company, after all they can be held liable after they are informed and they do not do anything.Oh by the way you can go to thephgone company site and text message the conartist or send them a email.The instructions are on the site. The conartist email is like this put the phone number then @ then fido.ca. Perhaps if they get enogh emails they may have to buy more minutes, or even use their text message option. The web site tells how to text the conartist as well. After all if they have no minutes they can not be contacted by potiental victems, then they will have to mail out more letters and buy a different number, thus they have to PAY in the END.
