Hi, I have been keeping up with your forum. I wanted to join in but I could not get registered properly. I am not that great on computers. I have a muscle disease and can not manage it very well. Thanks for all your great leg work on the andesine. My problem is that I need to know who to contact about fraud with DSN. I am in over $15,000 for the andesine. DSN continues to insist their red andesine (some id'd as Tibetian Red Andesine) is natural. I have some certs for some of the andesine pieces. Internet information places the DSN andesine in the same enhanced condition as the JTV andesine. In addition, certs purchased with eight (8) gem pieces have never been received. The most expensive of the eight was an 18K ring sold with a 15.76ct Cuprian Rubellite and 2.80cttw VS diamonds ($5,500) and an 18K ring with a 10.45ct Paraiba and 1.5cctw VS diamonds ($5,000). Many of the certs purchased with the pieces were arriving long after the items were received. That within itself became a curosity. We became suspicious when they did not send us the 8 certs. We had these two gems analysed. The Paraiba turned out to be a sky blue topaz. The total value of the stone was placed at $70. This is a significant fraud. The rubelite turned out to be a pink tourmaline. The value of the tourmaline was quoted as $/ct ($125-$175/ct). This is not as bad as the topaz but still fraud. I am still working to have the remaining 6 items for which I purchased certs and never received checked against the invoice claim. I do not mean to be a bother to you, just hoped you could give me a name to contact. Please, if you can help me out. It will be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.

The two rings i mentioned turned out to be what the gemology organization. said was on the invoice. We had the first 2 appraisals done at jewelry stores.Since there was so much bad news I decided to appraise one more time at the gemologist professional. They both came back as the invoice said they were. This is some what of an apology to DSN. I say somewhat because neither one of the rings were what I bought online. The paraiba looked nothing like the one I fell in love with. It was a beautiful sea like color on TV. I would not have purchased the one I received ,very ugly color. The other was a little more questionable, enough so that I kept it. I knew I could get a lot worse if I sent it back. I am still waiting for about 8 certs or so. I think the reason we can't get them is they might not be what is on the certs???????? I still don't trust them, there work ethics are abominable, they hang up on you and you never know when or maybe even if you will ever get your order. BUT THE OTHER SUBJECT. I am still stuck with $15,000 worth of andesine. I can't come close to breaking even. I like to sleep when I go to bed at night and can't just with a "pretty smile" on my face lie to get rid of them
Thanks
Linda R
