$1570 was drained from my account on November the 2nd. DirectExpress webite and their telephone accounting had two different accounts on how my money was spent.  My money was mainly used at Best Buy in Richfield,MN, WireCash in CA and EzKonnections in NJ. Calling DirectExpress customer service is difficult to do and their agents offer very little help.
