DIRECTEXPRESSDEBITCARDPROGRAM/AKA:PayPerks Hijacked my Social Security monthly auto deposit without my permission.  AUSTIN Texas

hThey were very sneaky.  They sent me an offer in the mail for their services which I tore up and threw away.  If I had read the letter thouroughly, it said that if I did not reply they would automaticaly enroll me in their program.

The next thing I knew was that my Social Securiy autodeposit was not showing up in my checking account. When this happened 2 months in a row I went to the bank and they only knew that the deposit was not arriving.

I then went to my local Social Security office. It took the clerk a half an hour to get connected to a phone number to a person who could explain how Direct Express was receiving the Social Security deposits for Dec. 2014 Jan.2015, and Feb. 2015This amounted to a total of $1964.00.

The clerk was able to stop this hifacking as of March 2015,

In the meantime I have tried twice to gat my money transferred to my checking account and they haven't done so yet.  I received a phone call this morning saying that they couldn't complete the transfer because I had given them incorrect information.  

I called them this morning after checking with my bank for the correct numbers and they kept saying they were not correct and they could not complete the transfer.

Meantime they have the nerve to charge me $1,50 for the transfer.
