Direct Sales Unlimited ripoff swindell Nationwide

I began dealing with this website through ebay when I was trying to purchase card board mailers in September 2004. I placed an order and sent them a personal check.Within days, i received notice they had filed "unpaid item disputes" against me, TWICE!! I cleared this up by checking to make sure they had received and cashed my check which they had. I cleared this up and was awaiting my order. I was promised tracking Numbers on the shipment and never received them. I was told the order was lost and would be resent. I received nothing. I filed a complaint through Squaretrade.com and this company agreed to refund my money and to date never has. This jerk sounded off through email correspondence that basically it was just $ 11.50 and no reason to raise hell over it. If this has been done to enough people over a period time.. it adds up to alot of money. I send monthly emails and I still have nothing to show for it. This jerk is a VERY poor businessman and should be investigated and shut down. This company has caused me to not shop online anymore!! thanks
