DIRECTTV, Inc. Adult Pay Per View Charges Not Ordered Englewood Colorado

Few months ago, I made a complaint regarding adult pay per view ordered showing on my bill. I explained to the rep that these were not ordered and it is not even possible to order using the remote control. The rep was nice enough to accommodate my complaint and a service credit was applied to my bill. To make sure that this does not happen again, I placed a second password to my account, changed the pass code on the remote that I would only know (I do not have time to watch PPV because I work at night and I study during the day) and changed the spending limit to zero.

Last month's bill was a total shock to me. It was showing 16 pay per view adults ordered amounting to $174.84. I contacted customer service and this time the rep does not want to listen to the basis of my dispute. I even challenged her to send someone from Direct TV to try and order a PPV themselves because it was just not possible. I even tried it myself and it's only giving an error message and to call a 1800 number to order. I searched on the internet on how this could possibly happen and found many complaints about this and that hacking was a possible cause and this could be done by splicing into my receiver or satellite and ordering the movies to their TV set using my address and converter information.

Please help. I also made a report to the Better Business Bureau so they can help me with this issue. Thank you for this website.
