I ordered HBO for $8 a month and they raised it to $37 without my knowledge.  Upon complaining they told me I should be happy that I got so many other channels with it later.

They also kept the NFL package on when I cancelled by phone (you cannot cancel anything online forcing you to go to them for a high pressured sales rep).

They took $289 out of my bank without my authorization when I said I was disputing the bill.

I complained to the AG of WA state and they closed the case after DirectV "explained" the situation, but left out the fact that they are lying.  So basically, they can steal from people, commit fraud, and nothing is done.

I am so sick of these companies.
