Discount Blind & Shade Factory ripoff and check fraud and still no blinds Chandler Arizona

I placed my order in October 11, 2005 through a salesman, who promised the delivery of the blinds by Nov 4th.
I tried calling the company multiple times to find out about my order, and no one had a clue, they kept giving me the run around.

I found out in early December that the company committed fraud against me. My check was cashed twice. Once electronically a few days after my order,and a second time a month later. They tampered with the date and the account info on the check.. When I tried to call the company, they gave me the acconting dept number. To this date, I have not received a return call..

I have heard they filed for bankruptcy, but when I called the bankruptcy court in Arizona to file a complaint, they did not have any info for me.

Please keep me informed of the outcome from your meeting on January 19th. I am also interested in joining the rest of you who also were mistreated by this company to file a class action suit.
