I ordered two Yeti 30 Oz thermal travel mugs from this company May 8th I believe, paid using secure checkout with my Visa debit card, over $30 for two mugs and shipping. About a week later, received email saying my order was shipped. It's been now nearly a month, and I have no thermal coffee mugs, they do not answer emails, I cannot find a phone number or fax number for them, and I want my money back, or my Yeti mugs tumblers.
