My husband and I had been looking into investing in a home. When this company contacted us we gave them a check for $99.00 and were suppose to email us within 24hrs with a personal password and login I D. We never recieved any information from them when our bank statement came a month later I realized that they had indeed charged us for the information. I called them up and told them I was no longer intrested in this service because I didn't want to start off with a company who messed up before it started.Well, the guy I was speaking to went on to tell me that they sent me the e-mail and I mistakenly threw it away.

After arguing back and forth with him for about 30 min, he say's "well I know we sent the iformation to you at e-m-a-i-l com."I said well that explains that you misspelled my name." I said and that beieng the case and you sit here and called me a liar and put me threw all this I just want a refund. I haven't accessed your website or utilized any services you provide. He tells me I have to log onto thewebsite and fill out the refund form. Thats when I seen the rest of the contract and I refuse to agree with the terms of the agreement. Is there anyone who can offer me any advice?

The refund policy is extremely simple, and not only is it outlined via phone, where you verbally authorize and agree to it, but also, before you can log in to our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which blatantly outline it. If you cannot bring yourself to simply fill out the Refund Request form, found on our website under the Support tab,
and mail it in, we do not know what to tell you. Our billing dept. handles our billing, and in order to receive a refund, you must send in
the Refund Request form to them. It is a very simply process. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail.

Regards,

DDM Support

>> Although it may appear that we were customers as of Dec,2,2006, here is a
copy of the confirmation e-mail you sent to me on January the 2nd. Who ever
signed us up for your program was very incompitent and very misleading. They
told us that no payments would be charged to our account until after we accepted
the terms and agreements set forth on the homes releif site. This situation is
beging to appear to be a RIPOFF scam from the start . Maybe they purposely recorded my email address wrong ? So once again I am asking you to please refund my
money. If you are truly an honest And legitimate company than why would you
want to do buissness with someone who is so addimant about not doing buissness
with you. Whoever you are! I WILL SEE THIS THROUGH TO THE END. NO MATTER WHAT IT
TAKES. Out of fairness I will also post this rebutal you sent to me on the
ripoffreport.com site so that consumers will be able to see for themselves and
also bear wittness to DISCOUNT DIRECT MARKETING'S deceitful ways.
