I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.

I'm sure Mike Berman and his so called staff are reading this so Mike we are not giving up! Have made several contacts and sent letters including The Attorney General Office. It has now been over 9 months and NOTHING from Discount Gold Brokers. In fact they had the audacity of having one of his salespeople contact us to see if we wanted to buy from them....................UNBELIEVABLE! WE HAVE NO INTENTION ON GIVING UP ON THIS MATTER UNTIL WE EITHER GET OUR GOLD OR GET A FULL REFUND OR THESE PEOPLE GO TO JAIL FOR THEIR CRIMES.

The public need to come together that have been ripped off print off a copy of these ripoff reports and send them to the attorney general in California this company needs to be stopped. I am encouraging everybody to print off copies of these reports and Send them to the Atty. Gen. in California we have to put a stop to this guy he is not going to stop ripping people off.

It seems that if you order something from him that's a small dollar amount he will deliver it, and once he feels you have a lot of trust in them and you want to part with larger amounts of your money then you get nothing. We have to ask ourselves how long is this company going to get away with this ?

I have read one report or a couple are out $70,000 from the circus clown. Print off as many of these reports as you could find and mail them in one envelope to the Atty. Gen. in California they need to do something about this.

In this day and age it's really hard to come up with money to buy anything at this company continues to take advantage of people take their money and give them nothing. We as consumers need to come together and put a stop to the circus clown.

I find it hard to understand how he can take somebody's money and give them nothing except empty promises. Buy some pink put it in your printer and print off these reports all of them the full length of the report and send it to your attorney general. 

We pay taxes so our attorney general can do their job and get paid to do it it's time we put them to work

Please use the following information to your advantage. It seems this company is just taking advantage of everybody taking their money and not delivering anything, I've noticed after reading many of the reports that they'll do business with you and deliver something to you if it's a small amount of purchase.
