Discount Moving And Storage Rip-off Austin Vermont

I got a price quote from Discount Movers in Austin for a move from a 2nd story apartment to a house.
I brought everything down from the apartment except the sofa, bed, and kitchen table, and put it all on the curb just to help them out and expidite the move.

They wanted to charge me $2 for every throw pillow, every little item, which would have doubled the charges. When I asked to speak to the supervisor,I got him on the phone. He told me he wanted to talk to the moving guy.The mover said"OK!" and hung up.

The mover said he had to go and get air in the tires and that he would be right back. They never came back, and left me with all my stuff out in the grass. I had to call in sick to work that afternoon and get another mover.
