I bought a radio from these people on ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back to them the same day for repair. They have had the unit back in their posession for 5 1/2 weeks toady and I am still waiting. Every day it's another excuse or no updates at all even though I have sent many, many messages through ebay.
For the last 15 days they will not even respond. I just opened a case with ebay today. You can still do that even after the 30 day protection period. Go look at the BBB website where you will see an "F" rating and lots of interesting comments. I just filed a complaint on there myself.

The case with the BBB has been won. It can be seen at http://www.bbb.org/central-georgia/business-reviews/radio-communication-equipment-and-systems/discount-oem-radios-in-williamson-ga-17404/complaints# It is under the business failed to resolve the complaint section. You should read all the lies on this case, it doesn't take a mental heavy weight to figure out they never offer any proof, they just lie a lot. They also did not win the eBay case and there never was a Paypal case. The BBB sees it plainly and that is why they made the decision they did. The BBB final resoulution states "Complaint Resolution: Company failed to resolve the complaint issues through BBB voluntary and self-regulatory process." I am very sure that given the opportunity they will lie about that as well.
The BBB has also found that they are operating out of their house on residential property! You can Look at the address - 252 Rivers Rd, Williamson, GA - on Google maps and do a satellite view to see for yourselves. You can also call their local office of planning and zoning like the BBB and I did and get the facts. It is Pike County Building and Zoning that covers their property in Zebulon, GA. The property is zoned R/A, Residential, Agricultural. These people are something else...
The BBB has turned them in to the Georgia Office of Consumer protection and hopefully they will do something more.
