Discount Pet Medication USA Never intended to ship products ordered Internet

Ordered $103 worth of Revolution for cat and dog. They sent me a shipping notice saying products shipped and a DHL tracking number. After 6 business days, I tried to track my order. When I clicked on the tracking number they gave me, it took me to a website "Aftership”. It said Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier. I then went to DHL website to look it up and they said no such tracking number. Interesting sidebar for those people who say "report them to the Better Business Bureau”. I used to work for BBB and know they can do nothing. They have absolutely NO power to do anything if the offending company doesn’t cooperate. All they do it is try to contact the company and as long as the company calls them back, regardless if the company does or DOES NOT settle any claim against them, the company loses no accreditation or stars. Just a call back protects their rating. I am not tipping the company off, if they read this, to how I’m going forward in getting my money back. But I believe I will be receiving a refund.
