The person that owes this money to the state of California is Mike Margott, AKA: Michael Margott, AKA: Mychael Margott and a host of other names.
Mike Margott used my california resale number to purchase products from wholesalers, sold those products to retail customers over a period of 3 years and never paid the state of california any state sales tax. 
I have been in the process of clearing my name from this disaster that Mike Margott has caused. 
Look up Mike Margott and all the different companies he has run into the ground... Excalibur Window fashions, Seven Sea Shutters, Shoreline Shutters, Window Illusions, Blind Pros, Shutter Pros, Window fashion pros, Window replacement pros, Wholesale blinds and shutters, premier blinds and shutters... the list goes on and on. He is in the window covering business to this day as a silent partner because he had to file bankruptcy a couple years ago. He still owes me over $90,000 for wholesale products he never paid for. 
He puts the company he runs in his kids names, his Ex wife (Cindy Patai, AKA Cindi Patai), his girlfriend, and anyone he can get money from. 
His current con is  called Window fashion pros and also window replacement pros... He is even trying to franchise these companies to steal money from good people.
He's the guy to stay away from!
