Discover Merchant Services First Data Merchant Services Discover chargeback allowed customer to steal boat parts from my company Fort Myers Nationwide

Our company provides boat repair service in Florida.  We had a difficult customer who we have serviced for 3 years decide he would do a chargeback on his last transaction with us months after service.  He refused to pay our labor of $786 and agreed to pay $941.91 for the parts.  He used Discover card.  They processed the dispute and we won the first discovery then he disputed again and won. Discover closed the case. There was NOTHING listed as wrong, only that he disputed "quality of goods or services."

This is very perplexing as the parts are OEM and have a warranty for 1 year, not to mention HE DID NOT PAY OUR LABOR.  If there was something wrong with the parts we could easily warrant them out and replace them.  There is NO menion that anything was wrong with the parts and yet Discover allows him to steal from our company.  I DO NOT recomend allowing any of your customers to use DISCOVER card.  If you do, prepare to get screwed over!!!

I have contacted the executive offices at Discover about our case, but still waiting on a second response since contacting the CEO, David Nelms.  The first contact with the executive office was nothing but lip service then telling me there was nothing they can do. First Data handles our merchant account, look for another company if you are considering them.  They told me to call the cops!  I have never been so insulted by a company I pay lots of money to every month.  First Data are a bunch of bozos! I may have to take the legal route and sue the customer directly,which I will do, but I will NEVER allow any one to use Discover card at my business ever again!  BEWARE!!!!!
