I declined the featured movie for January 2012.  I received a confirmation the same day. However, the company debited my bank account for January's movie. It overdrew my account. Under the circumstances, my bank reversed the overdraft fee and began investigating this matter. Given my embarrassment, inconvenience, "declining" the movie several days before, and having received an acknowledgment e-mail I advised my bank that I wanted the matter pursued as "Bank Fraud". 

A week later, Disney repeated the debit.  Once again, this overdrew my account. I will have to return to my bank, explain the situation again, ask for a reversal on the overdraft fee; and really pursue this as "bank fraud".  I sent an e-mail to Disney explaining the situation.  They have not replied to my request; not even an acknowledgement and assigned ticket number.

From some of the other reports that I have read numerous consumers have experienced the same or similar problems.   It is one thing to make an occasional mistake: However, Disney Movies appears to repeat overcharging on a regular basis.

If Disney's Member Advocate contacts me on this website (as is usual in these matters) to resolve the matter I will not inconvenience myself any further. It is the company's responsibility to contact me and resolve the matter quickly.  They do have my e-mail and account number.

I regret this happened to you. Once you decline the Featured Title and receive that confirmation email you should not be charged and sent that title.
