Dispute Resolution Center Steve Johnson Pay Day Loan Scam or Fraud Houston, Texas

I have received several harassing phone calls on my cell and work number in reference to a Payday Loan I never received or applied for. The individuals have threaten legal action however the concerning part is they have my Social Security and bank information.

I am unaware of how this information was obtained and how individuals, that sound like they are from India, received that personal information! Ive never applied for or received a payday from Cash Advance America of whom "Steve Johnson" with "Dispute Resolution Center" says he represents.

This company needs to be investigated and charged for violating privacy acts. John Davidson has called my office repeatedly with hollow threats and when I called back they hang up on me when I ask for identifying information. I am reporting this company to stop them from taking people that may not be smart enough to know that this is a scam or some sort of fraud.
