I just recieved a call no less than an hour ago from a female, did not give name, claiming that because I had made a purchase with one of their affiliates that I was entitled to some free coupons. I asked the person what they were selling, and she stated that they were not selling anything it was all free.
She then listed my address and asked if it was still correct. I said that it was. She then listed my routing number and asked if that was still correct. I lied saying that it was incorrect.
She then said I needed to make up a password, I asked her why I needed to do that, which she ignored my question and went back to asking if I was sure that the routing number was incorrect. I told her I knew my routing number and that was not it.
She put me on hold, and then I hung up. I called the number back, this time a male answered, who said his name was James. I told him I was not interested in whatever they were sending and asked him to delete my information.
I then researched the company and found this site, along with (link deleted - see below), who had more complaints about this same company. I also called my bank, and had them notate my account regarding the phone call I had recieved. I will also be calling the security department as well.
Though I did not give out any information to this company, I am still wary having recieved this call in the first place. I will be monitoring my account in the mean time, and I also called (phone number deleted - see below)to have my number placed on the federal do not call list.

Yes when Suntasia or Creative solotuions or who ever calls you up yes they have your routing number if and only if they get you to verify the name and city of your bank. Then they put the name of the bank along with the city unless they already have it posted on a sheet on the the cubical, the routing person yells the number and the rep tells you ok and your routing number is still balh balh blah.Thats how they get you in. Then once they say that all they say is OK and now verify the account number and 99% of the people will follow through with the number. As soon as you hear the pitch ahng up, nothing is free, they stink/
