I had surgery to remove my uterus.  The hospital told me to get back to my life or risk blood clots and stroke.

I went out to disrupt a problem at a very fine furniture store and get some food.  I suddenly began ill at the furniture store.

I left the store and sat in my car until I felt better and decided to go home.  I was stopped at a red light and didnt move.

The guy behind me got impatient and called the police.  I tried to move out of his way.  I wasnt feeling well.  The witness decided

me as drunk but the witness was not a doctor.  The police that arrived on the scene were part of the Emergency Management team.

I immediately told the police that I had surgery and I felt my anesthesia was impacting me.   The police didnt believe me.

I was taken into custody, did tricks on the street that I felt I passed, then told to leap into a ambulance for a trip to the ER.

Once in the ER, the police ordered my blood from the nurse.  I went through 4 lawyers and all told me ARD is the only way.

I rejected this idea.  I was innocent.  The lab report shows zero alcohol and it was proficency tested.  Implied consent under Penndot is

to enforce our alcohol laws.  I had a legal script for pain killers and the lab report showed a small amount (less than 1 (5mg) pill).  I dont drink or

smoke and I was truthful with the police.  The police did not have implied consent to take my blood but the DA office and the Judge

helped hide the police abuse of me.   I am in Federal court now.  This was sexual discrimination by professionally trained men. There was

no excuse for this behavior.  The police caused me to rip my colon from my rectum.  I was forced into ARD by threats from the DA to my Attorneys.

I want my day in court because the damage to me is material.   I have filed under Habous Corpus in Federal court a criminal and civil complaint but

I need to find a lawyer.   It is important to know that NMS labs did not have a state permit to run this lab report and they are a company of Scotland

and use the blood received for research.  That violates Sarbanes Oxley and Privacy Laws.   I am not a lawyer but I need one.
