Jason E Spencer of Divine Human Life (divinehuman.life) Tribe.ly, Asheville Web Design & SEO, and suspected accomplice Julie Louise Merill of JLMerrill Metalworks have been identified as the prime suspects in an interstate cryptocurrency fraud investigation. Asheville SBI is currently addressing multiple fraud complaints involving large sums of cryptocurrencies and deceptive business practices used to solicit investment capital. The Asheville, NC SBI division is working with federal enforcement to conclude the investigation. If you have any information or are a victim of Jason Spencer or Julie Louise Merrill please contact the SBI.

Consumer Alert: Consumers are strongly encouraged to report any solicitation attempt made on behalf of Jason Spencer directly or indirectly via one of his pseudo companies mentioned in this report to the Asheville SBI.
