Divine Modestee Clothing Bad business, poor customer service, fraudulent billing Cedar Hills Utah

I had purchased two very expensive swim suite through this company and they were very quick to take my money. Eventually the "part" of the order finally came after several weeks. After trying them both on I decided on the t one I wanted but needed a different size so I returned the suites the same day I got them in the same box. After 3 more weeks had gone by and haven't heard a thing from them I called and called and called.

On the third day I finally reach someone and they proceed to tell me that when my package had arrived it was tampered with and torn open and the swim suite were not in there. Only the instruction sheet I sent with them. Why they didn't call me the day they recieved my package and saw it was tampered with I will never know, I was the one that had to call them after it was sitting there "empty" for three weeks! They told me there's nothing they can do about it and that it was just my loss. They took $193.95 from my account and is not being coperative to work anything out.

In fact once again I can not get a hold of any one at this business.

Frustrated but not defeated! I wont give up until this business rights their wrong or they will pay way more then $193.95. I will take this as far as we need to go!
