Division of Child Support Services DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT, AND STILL IM FAILED BY THE SYSTEM Jonesboro Georgia

 To whom it may concern, Ive done everthing right. I started working for a company, and by the 3rd week I noticed my child support wasnt been deducted from my check. So i called the proper channels to have this done myself. The deductions started coming out. A month later, I receive a letter stating that my license will be revolked if I do not get my employer to send a letterhead stating that im employed by them. This was weird to me, being that they were already deducting my income. So i called my employer and notified them of this. My employer was confused about this request. Employer stated that the company doesnt send letterheads for this request. So im in a situation now where as my license could be revolked for a reason i really dont understand. Im a commercial vehicle driver, so this would really affect my livelihood. So i requested home time to see exactly what was going on. I went into the office to see my agent. She stated all i had to do is sign a document allowing them to deduct more from me weekly. I expressed the importance of my class A license and she stated nothing will happen to them if i signed this document. I signed the document which I have a copy of. So now I'm thinking everything is ok. Back to work I go. May 17, 2016 i get a call from my employer. Employer advised me to pull over my truck ASAP. She stated that my license were revolked. This really messed me up. My life is on hold now for reasons i dont know at all. I didnt everything asked of me to no prevail. I have no faith in this system. How can I support my children now? I'm a great dad that spend all of my spare time with my children. Can someone please answer my questions and concerns. In addition, the representative i spoke to on the phone was very rude and didnt care about anything concerning me. "You just do what I told you to do and stop asking questions" she stated over and over again. This really hurts when you go above and beyond for your children. Discouraging.
