DJ Automotive Ripped us off on mechanical work on F250 Ford Duesel truck Sherwood Arkansas

 We were having mechanical problems with our diesel truck, and took it to DJs for repairs June of 2016. We got the truck back, as we were going on vacation. This repair cost 1800.00. We continued to experience problems while in vacation, and as soon as we returned home, took it back to DJs. They again worked on it, and this repair cost 2100.00. We picked it up, and the next day, ran an errand, and the truck quit running. DJs sent someone out to tow the truck back to their shop. They again worked on the truck, and told us it was running fine. We again went on an errand, and once again, it broke down and had to have them tow it in. This time when we picked it up, it cost 2600.00 for what they said they repaired. The owner swore to me it was fixed, and he'd put his mother in it. ( right.. a car saleamens line ) Here it is 6 months later, and the truck has not been able to be driven, as we are afraid it will break down. We have now taken it to the Ford dealership in Sherwood, and received a phone call today from the maintenance dept. and we were told it will cost around 6100.00 to repair what needs to be repaired. So in a matter of 6 months, we will have put 12,000.00 in it for repairs. DJs should have told us they could not fix the truck, but instead, they continued to say the truck was fixed, and was trustworthy to drive. If they did not know how to work on a diesel truck, they should have stated that at the time we took the vehicle in the first time. But instead they would say... well it's this and then that. The truck only has 80,000 miles on it, so it is not a lot of miledge. They were just getting as much money out of us they could, and we have the same truck with the same mechanical problems. In my opinion, they are rip off artist, and take trustworthy people for their money. Please try to help us, and please let other innocent people know how dishonest this company really is.
