Beware doing any business with DJ Diddy, Adam Zakaria and Frank Baldasari

They are Fake, Phonies and Frauds.  They are actually Scammers.  All below is absolutely true.

In October of 2020, I was having difficulty selling my large home in Colts Neck, NJ. due to Covid.  A real estate agent approached my agent with these individuals as to renting my home.  It was implied they were successful and could afford renting my residence.  

A lease was drawn in the amount of $7,300./month.  They all signed the Lease contract and only paid one months rent.  Up to current they have never paid any additional rent and they are in arrears with penalties in Lease and Legal fees in the amount of over $100,000.  The main individual handling the matter for the tenants was Adam Zakaria.  Also there exists personal guarantees from all the tenants.

The strongest financial tenant is Anwar Galivanes, known as DJ Diddy.  He has turned out to be a fraud.  

They love all the phoniness of social media.  They were advertising the home as “The Mansion” and telling people on social media that they own the home.  Which couldn’t be farther from the truth.  As stated they weren’t paying rent, and using Covid as an excuse.

Mr. Galivanes, stated to me directly that he is a multi millionaire and has refused to pay the rent to date.

They also have caused much destruction to the home and Mr. Galivanes and Mr. Zakaria were to make repairs and at this time nothing has been done.  The home is a mess and garbage is all over the place, not to mention a broken garage door, floors are a mess the yard has broken fence all around and un-repaired bedrooms have been rented to individuals who aren’t on the lease and in violation of the Lease.  They are aware of this and photos and a video are to be taken once they vacate. by a professional crew and will be available.

Also, there were beds everywhere in the home in all 5 bedrooms and basement.

They even sold tickets on a site known as EventBrite and had a large party (against the Lease of estimated over 1000 people.)

The police tried to control and issued summonses to DJ Diddy (Anwar Galivanes), Adam Zakaria, Frank Baldasani and the proprietor of EventBrite.  They were serving underage people alcohol and allegedly drugs.

They are due in court in October.

They actually have been tenants from Hell.

Dj Diddy feels this is more social media and makes them more infamous.  I suggest all those who follow social media know that they   are fakes and phonies and trust you realize the type of people you are following are scoundrels and not worthy of your praise and following.  DJ Diddy praises himself and has even threatened me with his power of social media.  He considers himself the “King” of social media.  Please beware these individuals.  

Mr Zakaria has his hands in franchising pizza parlors known as Pizza Crave, LLC.  He personally feels that the video and production crew will enhance his social media status.

Currently an eviction matter has been upheld and the constable is in the process of scheduling a warrant of removal. Dealing with with DJ Diddy has been a travesty, he has lied and lied continually and so has Adam Zakaria of this story to follow.
