Fake Bank Instrument Provider with upfront fee scheme. Mr. Laurent De Landtsheer of DL Financial LTD communicates well and provides legitimate looking paperwork including letter of intent, invoice, passport, bank information, executed deed of agreement and irrevocable corporate recourse refund undertaking.  Advise fee payment upfront ranging from $35,000 - $500,000 is for bank transmission fees that need to be paid via wire transfer in order to issue bank instrument Once fees are paid, communication becomes sporadic and then no communication whatsover.. Letter of intent, Deed of Agreement, and CRRU promise refund and additonal penalty of 1% if instrument is not provided.  No refund has been provided and no communication.  Complete scam, fraud and ripoff!
