DNS Services send out a very official looking bill asking for payment for services we did not get, ask for or order.  The have a phone that uses and automated attendant telling you to be patient, they will be with your shortly.  Then it tells you for faster service write an email to a give address for quicker service.  Finally after about 1/2 hour, your are dumped to a voice mail box and told to leave a message.

I left a message, wrote to the suggested email, and called back the next day.  No response at all.  It is a scam to encourage you to pay what appears to be a bill you owe.  Do not pay!
