Pruchased discounted tickets to disneyland. Tickets appear as authentic tickets to the park. When arriving at the theme park they told me they were not valid tickets and had to purchase new ones. Also when purchasing from paypal it appeared as an individuals name not a company. Disneyland took the tickets (the security guard) and hopefully looks into further.

This company did not respond upon filing a claim through paypal as well! Do not buy from them. Not real tickets.

I suggest you try the second time, then you will see. I bought tickets from dnticket.com and the tickets worked for the first time, so I didn't believe those bad review of the company, I bought the second time and went to Disneyland in the summer 2012. This time the tickets didn't work. The manager at Disneyland said sometimes you got lucky, your tickets would work but most of the times they won't, and she said she saw the tickets from dnticket.com everyday she work at Disneyland, and most of them didn't work. I had to buy tickets at the front gate. And do not tell me about the quality of the printer, it is just a lie. Do not buy tickets from this company. It's just a scam.

This company is fraudulent, my entire family saw this first hand when we were stopped at the gate and told by the Disneyland Supervisor that they were invalid tickets. I paid DN 348.00 then had to go to Disneyland box office and pay 423.00 for new tickets, what a great way to start off the disney experience. Dont believe anyone who states this company is safe to use. Just look at all the vaild complaints on this site!

I would like to give all of you some feedback.  We bought 5 disneyland tickets from dnticket.com and all worked great.  I placed order online.  Received confirmation within day then received email with etickets.  We then printed those got to the gate.  They scanned those and give us tickets and so that you know, these are 2 days hopper tickets with great pricing in all.  I laughed when I saw that you all worried and accused them of selling fake tickets when you haven't bet your chance yet.  Plus your payment is taking by paypal and if even these are fake, paypal will refund you in full then why would you worried.  Just had a great time over Spring Break and dnticket is the best

It is true I received a refund through Paypal after filing a claim. Was it due to the company allowing Paypal to do so or the "waiting period" Paypal requires to respond expired I am unsure. However, I do know the waiting period did reach its last day.

Paypal wrote: "We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor." They don't disclose detailed information on any investigations.

In response to printer not working. Two reasons why I can't accept that reason.

1) Each bar code is printed with the number of the bar code next to it. (which was whited out on the picture uploaded by me) This ticket was taken to the ticket office where it was looked up on the computers and the security guard came back saying they were not valid tickets. Did the number ALSO get printed incorrectly? Doubt that. 

2) My friend also purchased from this same company. They received their own ticket in their email which was printed out separately from my ticket. So now my friend and I both had a printer error with BOTH tickets being told as invalid? I can't see that as happening.

If this company really is valid, though if you read reviews online there is only skeptical reviews, they really need to get this figured out. Also why didn't dnticket.com respond to my Paypal claim and at least try to apologize?

That customer purchased eticket from us. WHen they printed it at home the printer is not working properly so bar code unable to scan at Disney gate. WE already refunded
