Doctor Feelgood's, John Laputka It's been a pool installation nightmare for 2 years Bethlehem Pennsylvania

My pool issues have been going on for over 2 years. There has been continued shoddy workmanship since day one, poor customer service, and for the last year John Luputka will not finish the work promised after I paid him all his money. This has been a total nightmare from day one. The owner John Laputka is refusing to replace the liner which was improperly installed as promised since July of last year due to his workload. He has cancelled 4 times this Spring and now has finally said sometime in June. I have pictures and contacts to and from him to prove his incompetence and poor customer service.

The pool season is short and now even if he completes the work as promised again in June it will totally affect my pool season. Just to name of a few issues of the shoddy workmanship and customer service here's a partial list.  Wrong location of pool that was promised in 2016 causing wall to be built, wrong filter placement at the house, improper solar hookup that had to be redone, refusing to use black PVC on the roof as suggested by manufacturer, refusing to repair filter head that was leaking, stone wall collapsed, wall shifted and damaged my door, had to repair pool pavers around pool 4 times, liner track came off wall, liner won't fit right causing wrinkles and sagging around steps (improper measurement), sharp stones or concrete under liner.

These are just to name a few of the issues.  The liner replacement still remains and he is too busy selling new pools to fix this. The contract was signed in 2016 and this still continues.
