We contracted with Dodeka Capital for project finacing in May of 2022 and as of this writing no such financing has been provided. We provided banking fees in the amount of $200,000., dollars to Dodeka Capital to "facilitate the funding". The Partners of this company James Bradley (California)and Richard Adams (Texas) supposedly contracted with a finance group out of Australia to facilitate the contract with no progress, just a lot of empty promises for over a year. We've been told "funds were clearing", "funds were sent to escrow", "funds were being released by this day" all lies. We've requested our fees returned and Dodeka has stopped returning our calls or responding in general. This company has never provided a paper trail, written progress reports or milestones just verbal b.s.
