Dodge Chrysler City ripoff cheated ignored lied added hidden charges Burlington New Jersey

November 5, 2005 my aunt took a trip down to Dodge Chrysler City in Burlington along with my husband and his best friend. My Aunt was refered to a salesman we will call Mr. T.

My aunt clearly explained to Mr. T that she was a retired Senior Citizen with a fixed income and she could only afford a low payment monthly. No problem Mr. T replied. Little did she know that no problem would turn into a big problem.

Time and again Mr. T came back with figures totaly ignoring what my aunt told him she could afford. The third and last time he quoted a figure of x amount of dollars. My aunt in turned ask Mr. T would that be the final payment. Mr. T stated yes. As he spoke one figure he wrote another. Trusting the sales person, she signed the contract thinking the figures were what was quoted to her.

It was not until the congratulation notice came in did she learn the payment was almost $200.00 more per month. Not to mention there was $700.00 in bogus charges added additionaly.

My aunt attempted to return the vehcile for one with a payment that she could afford. Mr. T intially stated that he would pull the contract out and see what he could do. That translate too, forget you sucker we have your money now. He has never returned any phone calls. And refused to be bothered. When I asked to speak to his manager, I was reffered back to Mr. T in order to find another vehicle. Needless to say, after all the time he had selling the vehicle. He still hasn't found time to assist us again to date. Be aware !!!!
