Dog'on Raw Lyndsay Honolka McClusky Deceptive business practice. Did not deliver merchandise Arlington Texas

On Sept 21 I placed an order with Dog'on Raw. The order was promised to be delivered by Oct 1st.no order was shipped. She claimed that her food distributor was late in sending her supplies and that the order would be sent out ASAP. She maintained contact with me but, no order ever arrived. She blamed it on Fed Ex for damages occurring to the packaging material and refusing to ship damaged boxes. Many attempts were made by myself and other people to obtain shipping confirmation and the claim form from Fed Ex. No documentation was ever provided.

She continued conversation with me and begged me to "give her another chance". That she had more than enough supplies to ship my order right away. Thus time she went so far as to send me pics of the labels that were to go in the packages and ingredient labels. She also was texting me telling me that she was at the shipping counter, that she would be shipping 4 boxes instead of one, that she was overnighting my shipment. 

From that point forward, she will no longer accept my calls or respond to any texts. No order was shipped.

she has $575 of mine & I want it back! 

I have done some investigation and found that she has a history of scamming people but with a clothing store, not a dog food company.

i have documentation of all conversations between us. 

She needs to be stopped.

She has payment set up thru Googke Wallet and will only accept payment as "friend or family". I have no experience with this type of payment but did what she requested. It came out if my checking account and was sent to an email address.

i have a claim filed with Google Wallet.
