They claimed to be able to setup in store advertising For my type of business at your local Dollar General (named a location a 15 miles away but I have one in my line of sight) Phone number blocked .
Has Scam written all over it

File a small claims action against him .I bet he will then ask his insurance to pay it or defend him .In most states it costs under 100.00 to file .
