I purchased over $300 on dollyhair.com thru my paypal bank account. After 3 weeks had passed, with no shipments, I tried emailing and calling Kristina Amantula, the owner of Dolly Hair, and at first, no emails were returned. After I filed a paypal complaint- ( which was over a month since she got payment- therefor paypal wont give us our money back- I am out over $300) she then emailed us rude and arrogant emails, and threats. She never would provide a tracking #, and unfortunately as I did not use a credit card, and it was taken direct from my bank, paypal wont help. I have never encountered any such website with such poor service and such blatant fraud. I cant believe that she can continue to do business and that paypal allows her to keep her account. In the meantime the hair we needed we can no longer afford till next year, so my 10 yr old child's projects got put far behind on the back burner. And knowing she has my address and personal phone #, and having her email threats- even telling me her brother lived in my city and would "handle this situation" if I continued to email her. I am a single mom, and this has become a situation which truly, is quite upsetting.

 So, I just realized that all these people complaining about missing orders and being treated poorly, COULD be the byproduct of Tina's Stormfront postings. Says there that she'd love to find a way to not have to conduct business with non-whites. I wonder if that's what everyone has in common here. Perhaps people with ethnic names get treated poorly and don't get their orders. I hope I'm wrong. I guess I'm just wondering aloud. Scary times we're in.

 I found this on the StormFront Aryan Unity Forum, which I'm assuming is for skinheads and white power. I just can't even believe people think this way anymore.  Tina appears to support the White Power movement. Sorry, not where I want MY money going..... https://www.stormfront.org/forum/search.php?searchid=17084224 Here is one example of her hate speech: "Can't we all just organize our white selves and move to some beautiful town in droves, completely changing the ethnic makeup of the town and not allowing non-whites to buy or rent our houses? Aren't there any people on Stormfront who are land developers, who would be able to biuld housing and get the word out to everyone? Wouldn't that be nice, to live in a community like that? Would something like that really be so difficult to do for the most intelligent race on the planet? When are we going to take action? If we don't, we'll have small groups of ourselves scattered sparsely throughout the cold, northern U.S. in 50 years. That will be all that's left of us."

I have been buying hair from Dollyhair for about 3 years now and I can tell you that Tina is a very sweet person. Not only does she have great prices but she ships fast, her product is of high quality and she is always very cordial in her correspondence.

Anyone who would say the things in this report is a liar because there is no way someone as delightful as Tina would behave in such a manner.

This poor woman was also a victim of the Internation Wig Company who has had so many complaints against them, I've lost count. I too am a victim of International Wig Company and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office about IWC's abusive, vulgar, name calling and harrassing emails. And I am sure that IWC are the ones who actually filed these bogus complaints against Tina to get back at her for doing exactly what I did. Don't belive the lies, I am confident they are very untrue.

Unbelievable that this is still going on. Benai is mentally unstable. I can't believe that I've had the bad luck to encounter someone like this. This entire report is 100% lies. I have never had a customer named Maryann in Kalamazoo. Never.

Let me cut and paste my rebuttal from one of the OTHER reports that Benai filed against me. I can't believe that I have to do this:


I made a purchase from internationalwig.com a few months ago. Well, my credit card statement arrived, the charges were on it, and my items still had not arrived. Once my credit card statement arrived, it had been over a month since I'd placed my order. So I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I wasn't willing to pay for something that I hadn't received. And that was ALL I DID to make this woman angry. Once she found out about the fact that I'd disputed the charges, she started sending me incredibly harassing and insulting e-mails, the likes of which I'd NEVER seen before. If you'd like to see them, e-mail me at Velaria@aol.com and I'll show them to you. I saved all of her e-mails. To top it off, she googled my name, found out that I own Dollyhair.com, and is now trying to bring me down. PLEASE don't EVER order from www.internationalwig.com. Just look what this woman is doing to me. This could happen to you too. And you can also search ripoffreport.com for all of the terrible reports that have been filed on www.internationalwig.com. The other people have been verbally harassed as well. This kind of terrible customer service is unprecedented. I will be filing a lawsuit against Benai for harassment. This has gone too far.


This is yet another attempt from Benai Noeller, aka Benai Resnic, the owner of www.internationalwig.com, to defame me. She filed a different ripoffreport on my company, claiming that she was 'Adam' from Littleton, MA. But it's her, all the same. So the saga continues... do you want to know what happened?

Well, after Benai found out that I owned Dollyhair.com, she actually went to the extent of placing an order from me. It was in the amount of $186.00. It was placed under the paypal account of 'Ari Resnic', but the actual buyer was 'Paul Vincent'. Well, Benai's maiden name is Resnic, and Benai's husband's name is John Paul Vincent Noeller. I did little bit of research on her after all of this drama ensued. But I didn't put two and two together until 'the customer' started using the same foul language with me that Benai had used. In all of my experiences with people on the internet, I have NEVER come across anyone who uses such foul language as Benai does. So when I received terribly rude and insulting e-mails from 'the customer' after I had been MORE than friendly and helpful, I realized that it was her, and moreover, I realized the similarities with the names.

Benai also owns www.mybong.com. Yeah, how classy. There's clue #1 with the names. The photos on that site are classy too. Not.

So 'the customer' claimed that they had not received their $186.00 order, and I gave her the usps tracking number. USPS stated that the package had been delivered. I, being too trusting of a person, did not require a signature on the package. I offered to re-ship the order, but once I realized who the customer really was, and once I realized that NOTHING that I said or did would make her happy because she really did not want any doll hair at all and that her REAL intention was to make my life hell, I just told her to file a claim with paypal. Well, as you can see, that's not all she did. She filed another report on me on ripoffreport.com.

What can I do but file a rebuttal? This site does nothing to make sure that the complaints are valid. And really, they shouldn't have to expect that bogus claims would be filed, because no one would ever expect that a person as hateful as Benai would actually exist. But she does, and she is as hateful as they come, as you can see.

Can you believe the extent to which Benai Noeller (aka Benai Resnic), the owner of www.internationalwig.com, has gone to try to make me look bad? I am stunned. All the more reason for you to NEVER buy from internationalwig.com.
