My employer bought a used HP Laserjet 5N. The first time, parts were falling around in the poorly padded shipping box. We returned it and got the same one back. It was obvious, because it had a gouge in the front panel. We asked for another to be sent and after a month, we heard nothing from them. It is still sitting on a shelf in our warehouse. We finally gave up and bought two new printers from a local vendor. Avoid this company at all costs...
