We moved back from the NJ to Israel and contacted (without double checking) the company that friends of ours used a couple of weeks before - this turned big mistake - although the service on the american side was pleasant and we had no complaints, we discovered that there is no connection between what was promised on one side of the ocean and what was actually provided on the other side. 


After arriving in Israel, we basically had no one to talk to, except for a secretary who was obviously just buying time. Our container arrived only after TWO months, and only after repeated (daily) phone calls to beg for some information about their estimate of delivery. 


Before delivery, they made an another attempt to further blackmail us (additional payment for delivery in Israel, even though we had signed a contract that stated that we had paid for that already). 

Then, delivery was done by an external delivery company (again, in contrast to the contract). To top everything else, the delivery truck dumped out cartons on the side of the road, and we were left standing there until a second contractor came along and moved the boxes into the house, not before arguing that he is only going to put them on the first floor; needles to say, that the contract stated that "trained representatives of Dolphin Express will escort the entire delivery process..., including unpacking, unwrapping and cleaning up".


Beyond the huge inconvenience of trying to manage in an empty house for so long (all our friends who used other companies recieved their container after about 1 month), it felt really crappy to know that these @#@$$#$@ are holding our belongings hostage and they really don't care because we have paid and they were obviously doing the least they could to help us.


do yourselves a favor, and do NOT use Dolphin Express under ANY circumstances!!!
