If you have been to or called one of their stores you should be familiar with their scripted responses, these are only a practice to confuse you and get your car into their grasp so they can get your car torn down so you do not have a choice about having repairs done. Their main goal is not your vehicle it is your money. Whatever it takes to get your hard earned money is what they will do If your car is there now get it out of there, The 9.00 rental car is not worth the difference in price and especially quality compared to the prices you can find lower at any dealer or aftermarket repair shop.
