Yes I was foolish. See I am one of those people who trust other people. To me giving your word is a bond. Yes I know in this day and age it is stupid but i would rather be who I am that someone who is a lowlife like Moreo.

My protection in my mind was I was the only one who knew where everything was. i was the one doing the ordering and i was the one that knew all the guitar parts and how to create an ad.

Yes you can learn all this stuff but it takes a long time. My point was as soon as he had to file the tax papers with the IRS I would need to sign. Plus I would always be able to kill him if I wanted to. So there was no need for lawyers.

So i was stupid thing is he said if he did anything bad he would lose his Allstate business because he has to be licensed and he would do nothing to jeopardize that.

It was funny when I called Allstate yesterday I was informed he was no longer associated with AllState they made that very clear!!!

So lets review shall we...he had this insurance business for years and said on one of the sites I saw with his profile that his Allstate insurance company was a 1.4 million dollar business. Now remember you just can't get an insurance license it is ghard their is schooling, background checks, constant scrutiny by the IRS and to build an insurance business from scratch is a lot of work. So why would someone who built a business starting from scratch working years at it and building it up to a 1.4 million dollar business (in his own words from his own profile) quit to start a music parts store when he can't even play a musical instrument?

Sounds to me like he is a thief, criminal, retard, incompetent or a combination of all four.

I do not need the business...certainly not his. I receive 2000 feedback's a month on ebay and that does not include the website business nor on Amazon. So I get 2000 feedback's compared to his 200. So it seems to me I am doing a lot of bitching for nothing

But to me I am doing this because he is a criminal who did not even have the decency to start from scratch with a new name. He did it because he wanted the 20,000 feedback that I earned not him.

So yes I was a fool for trusting people this is who I am and I will get burnt from time to time but one thing about me...I get right back up and get back to work.

Are you for real? Are we to believe that some guy walked in off the street, handed you "fake papers" and you signed them thus giving away your store for free. How dumb are you, oh right you put your name to a paper giving away your livelyhood and what let me guess, no lawyer took look over the "fake papers". If it is true than post the fake papers- let's see what you've got! You are just one store owner trying to get more bussiness for your store by putting down a competor. You are low dude!!!
