We moved from OH to FL in Dec 2004, we canceled our Gas Service in Feb 2005. Then when bills kept coming, we went on-line and tried to cancel service. NO RECORD of FEB Cancelation at their offices! Will NOT Cancel via Web and waited on hold for over 20 minutes (so I hung up!). The gas was shut off, and they are STILL Billing for recovery and usage! RIP OFF!

Dominion East Ohio charged me over $100 for Gas Service (for Nov. 2005) that was requested "Shut-off" in Feb 2005! The Property that is being charged is VACANT and has been for 12 months! I personally checked the house in JUNE and there was NO GAS ON. How can they be billing for NON USE? THEIVES
