I recived a phone call from dominion promising a credit card with a 2500. limit they said all that would have to be done is a one time fee of 279.00 would need to be deducted from my account. I went forward thinking that this was a lagit company. I even called the 1800 number and got a costumer service rep. To date i have still not recived my info or card. the amount was deducted on 8-20-04
