DOMINIQUE ROSA (Indianapolis) skincarebydominique.com Deadbeat Defrauded Co-Worker Indianapolis, Indiana

My fiancee (we'll call her B from here on) works with DOMINIQUE ROSA in Indianapolis IN. They are both estheticians (skin care). Dominique just joined the salon where B works. Since her arrival Dominique has been difficult to work with. 

SHE DEFRAUDED B IN THE FOLLOWING WAY: 
DOMINIQUE ROSA and B had agreed to share their skin care product that they use on their clientele. B in good faith gave DOMINIQUE ROSA 50% of the cost of the order. After receiving the money DOMINIQUE ROSA informed B that she know longer wanted to share the product with her. Yet DOMINIQUE ROSA does not have the money to reimburse B for the money she defrauded from her. Aside from being deceiving in this matter DOMINIQUE ROSA has also had a very distasteful attitude towards the situation.

Below is a conversation between DOMINIQUE ROSA and B.


B:
I have clients to pay and reimburse and bills to pay also. Im not a bank or line of credit that can just stay open until you can pay me! I gave you that money in good faith assuming we would be sharing and just because you couldnt have two Saturdays a month you decided you didnt want to share. Why is that my problem or why should I have to wait to get my money? I dont want to hear about me and my word and what I stick to when you havent kept your word about anything. You knew coming in here and excepting the position that you had to share a room and what your days were gonna be and after 3 days you wanted to change it all up. I am not trying to fight with you or be rude but Im tired of you telling me about myself and how youve been hurt and not realizing your faults or shortcomings in this.

And u told me i culd hav ur saturdays. The room is filthy the sink was filthy ur containers even! ur lack of comitment and motivation is not my problem.

B:
Good job showing that you are an adult and professional. Name calling is the best :) you OWE me money and not paying me back is having an open line of credit.

Im not concerned w ur opinion of me. I dont need to stoop to the level of name calling and attacking ur character to feel better. Just give me my money and we are done w each other :)

Well I dont really care about what others have said either...just imagine if they talk about me they talk about anyone and you will be no different. At least I came to you and not jen and everyone else :)

I came 2 u first. And you lied again.... people want spray tans yet u will tak that away from the salon and clients cuz u cant problem solve or b responsibl 2 follow thru. Just another excuse.

Please stop wasting my time and yours because I really have no desire to hear it anymore and dont care to explain myself to you or argue with you...its a waste of time and energy.

Ive never met DOMINIQUE ROSA myself but obviously with these actions and her semi-illeterate juvenile manner of speech I would have to suggest that anyone avoid doing business with DOMINIQUE ROSA (the scammer).

DOMINIQUE ROSA we would appreciate the money you defrauded back in a timely manner and without the slummy hoodrat attitude.
